Ordained as the Senior Pastor, Pastor Elton P Noel, Sr. guided by the Lord, launched Breakthrough by Faith Ministries, Inc. on December 31, 2013. The ministry began with a powerful foundation of faith, prayer, and worship. A strong believer in the power of prayer and walking by faith, Pastor Noel leads with passion and a heart for God's people, often sharing God's love with everyone he encounters.
As a passionate preacher and teacher of God's Word, operating under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Noel provides spiritual guidance and leadership to each member. Alongside his leadership team, his aim is to foster a comfortable environment where God's children can gather, build relationships, share their knowledge of the Word, and continually demonstrate God's love.
Pastor Noel's commitment to ministry is deeply rooted in his academic pursuits. He holds a Bachelor degree in Transformational Christian Ministry and an Associate in Science in Church Ministry & Biblical Studies, both from Warner University. His life's work is directly inspired by "The Great Commission" in Matthew 28:19-20: "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
Lead by the the Holy Spirit, Pastor Noel passion and mission is to Develop, Equip and Empower leaders who will go out and extend God's love to the world. He strongly believes in "leaving a legacy of wisdom and purpose so that our future generation will have a head start in positioning themselves for the blessings of God."

Pastor and Lady Gwendolyn have been married for 43 years, and have been blessed with three children, and nine awesome grandchildren and one great grandson.
