Ordained as Co-Pastor of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries, Inc. on December 8, 2022, Pastor Gwendolyn Noel serves alongside her husband, Senior Pastor Elton Noel, Sr., in teaching, preaching, and equipping ministry leaders for kingdom impact. She also assist with the Administration & Marketing operations of the ministry.

A strong advocate for personal and family wellness, Pastor Gwendolyn is deeply committed to both spiritual growth and emotional healing. She holds double Master's degrees in Management and Pastoral Counseling (with an emphasis on Marriage & Family), equipping her with a comprehensive understanding to serve the community.

Pastor Gwendolyn's dedication extends through various leadership and board roles. She has contributed her expertise to the boards of:

• Destined for Destiny Women's Institute, dedicated to women empowerment. 
• Love Embrace Inspire, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to youth development.
• K.O.T.A. (Keep Our Troops Alive), a vital support and advocacy group for veterans and military personnel grappling with PTSD, depression, and suicidal ideation.

In April 2020, Pastor "G" launched "Breakthrough Power of Prayer" a weekly virtual broadcast connects individuals with  a time of encouragement, prayer, fellowship building a community of love. It airs every Tuesday at 7:30 PM EST on Facebook Live, 

Above all, Pastor Gwendolyn says "my greatest blessings is my family. Married to Pastor Noel for over 43 years, having 3 wonderful children, grandmother to nine and a great grandmother of one, I am truly grateful and humble to be apart of their lives. 

Deacon Ronnie Baker serves as a dedicated member of the governing board at Breakthrough by Faith Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Elton Noel, Sr. He leads the Safety and Security Ministry, helping to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all who attend.

Affectionately known as "Deacon Ronnie," he also oversees the Audio/Visual Ministry with excellence—collaborating with his team to deliver high-quality sound and technical support for weekly services, rehearsals, and special events.

A native of Orlando, Florida, Deacon Baker has a heart for youth and can often be found offering words of encouragement and guidance to help young people pursue God’s will for their lives.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, watching movies, and spending quality time with his wife and son.

Deaconess Joyanne Payne, affectionately known as "Deaconess Joy," serves as the Treasurer of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries and as a valued member of the governing board under the leadership of Pastor Elton Noel, Sr. She works closely with the Pastor and Finance Team to steward the financial health and economic growth of the ministry.

A passionate worshiper and soul-winner, Deaconess Joy faithfully serves on the Praise & Worship Team and is known for her joyful spirit, heartfelt testimony, and commitment to sharing God’s love.

She holds a Master's degree in Social Work and is passionate about helping those in need. In addition to her role at Breakthrough by Faith, she also serves as a board member for Love, Embrace, Inspire, Inc., where she mentors teens and young adults through curriculum development and programming.

She is the proud mother of three adult children and grandmother to two. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and finding meaningful ways to help others.

Deacon Derrell Hazelton and his family became members of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries in July 2023 and have been faithfully serving ever since. A humble servant at heart, Deacon Derrell plays a vital role in supporting Pastor Elton Noel, Sr. before, during, and after each service.

Deeply committed to the ministry of prayer, he stands in agreement with Pastor Noel every Sunday morning, interceding for the service and the congregation. His belief in the power of prayer and his reverence for the call of God are evident in both his actions and his spirit.

Already ordained as a deacon prior to joining, he was officially recognized by Breakthrough by Faith Ministries as one of our Deacons in July 2023. Deacon Derrell fully embraces the mission and vision of the ministry, consistently demonstrating loyalty, faith, and service.

Outside of church, he enjoys fishing, watching sports, and spending quality time with his wife and family.

Sister Novelette Walker began attending Breakthrough by Faith Ministries in 2020 and became a member in June 2021. An encourager by nature, she is often seen welcoming others with a warm smile and a kind word, making everyone feel at home.

Sister Walker wholeheartedly embraces the mission and vision of the ministry, consistently demonstrating her dedication through faithful service and support. Her spirit of excellence, commitment to God, and love for people have made her a valued member of the church family.

In January 2024, she was appointed to serve on the governing board of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries, and serves on the Finance team. In this role, she collaborates with the Pastor and fellow board members to help fulfill the ministry’s mission, advance its vision, and develop strategies for growth and community impact.

Brother Brian Gillison and his family became members of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries in 2017. A faithful and humble servant, Bro. Gillison exemplifies dedication by consistently stepping in wherever needed and fully embracing the mission and vision of the ministry.

In March 2024, he was appointed to serve on the governing board of Breakthrough by Faith Ministries. In this role, he collaborates closely with the Pastor and fellow board members to help guide the ministry’s direction, develop strategies for growth, and strengthen its impact within the community.

Bro. Gillison is deeply committed to both his faith and his family. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
